Code of Ethics and Supervisory Board
The Company BLUE SGR S.p.A. has adopted a Code of Ethics, an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 (containing the “Regulations on the administrative liability of legal entities, companies and associations, including those without legal personality”) (the “Model”) and has appointed a Supervisory Board appointed by the Board of Directors, composed of:

In addition, Blue SGR S.p.A. exercises, through some of the funds it manages, management and coordination over the companies SARA 4 S.r.l. and Giulio Cesare S.r.l., which also have a Model and a Supervisory Board in the person of Ms Paola La Manna.

Whistleblowing
Whistleblowing is the procedure designed to allow reports of possible wrongdoing and to ensure forms of protection for the whistleblower.
BLUE SGR, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, has activated an internal reporting channel that guarantees, also using encryption tools, the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, of the person involved and of the person mentioned in the report, as well as of the content of the report and the related documentation.
