Paolo Rella

Paolo Rella is the Managing Director and General Manager of BLUE SGR.

Paolo Rella has been the Managing Director and General Manager of Blue Sgr since its establishment in 2008 and is a Shareholder.

Previously, he held senior positions in the Capitalia Banking Group where, as Central Office Director, was responsible for the real estate assets and the purchase of goods and services for the entire Group.

Before holding this position, he initiated and led the Purchasing Centre of the Public Administration in Consip (a company wholly owned by the Ministry of Economy and Finance).

During his career, he has held various positions including Chair of Capitalia Solutions SpA and Bernini Immobiliare SpA; Board Member of Bipop Carire, General Broker Services, Iniziative Immobiliari, Immobiliare Quadro; Member of the Steering Committee of Consorzio Abi Acquisti and of the General Board of Assoimmobiliare.

He has been a professor of Economics and Business Finance at the University of L’Aquila.
