Code of Ethics, an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231\/2001 (containing the \u201cRegulations on the administrative liability of legal entities, companies and associations, including those without legal personality\u201d) (the \u201c<b>Model<\/b>\u201d) and has appointed a Supervisory Board appointed by the Board of Directors, composed of:<\/p><h3>Chair<\/h3><ul><li>Paolo Salvaderi<\/li><\/ul><h3>Members<\/h3><ul><li>Paola La Manna<\/li><li>Antonio Salvi<\/li><\/ul><p>In addition, Blue SGR S.p.A. exercises, through some of the funds it manages, management and coordination over the companies SARA 4 S.r.l. and Giulio Cesare S.r.l., which also have a Model and a Supervisory Board in the person of Ms Paola La
